Project Management
Each thermecs project is assigned a specific project manger
who maintains control of the project from the initial design
stage to the to the final sign off. A critical time line is
developed and adhered to making sure that deadlines and objectives
are met throughout the life of the project. Daily status reports
are prepared and available to the customer and all members
of the project team.
